Audience Development Coordinator

As Southwark Cathedral’s Audience Development Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to monitor visitor numbers and build new audiences. Leading on impact and evaluation, you will develop strategies to attract new visitors, engaging existing audiences, and improve the overall visitor experience. You will collaborate on projects related to the Cathedral’s marketing, visitor engagement and cultural events programme.
 
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours of work: 21 hours per week. Attendance at some evening and weekend events required.
Salary: £20,400 (£34,000 pro rata)

Digital Marketing Coordinator

As Southwark Cathedral’s Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for executing digital marketing activity that build awareness and deepens connection to our mission and values. You’ll support the development of marketing plans and campaigns that increase awareness and drive sales through an integrated, multi-channel approach. You’ll develop and work toward KPIs that contribute to increasing visitor numbers, donations and the Cathedral’s enterprises, including shop revenue, room hire, location shoots and events. 
 
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours of work: 28 hours per week. Attendance at some evening and weekend events required.
Salary: £27,200 (£34,000 pro rata)
