The Cathedral's Constitution and Statutes explain how the Cathedral is governed.
In 2022 the Cathedral, in consultation with the community and parish began a process of consultation on the proposed new Consititution and Statutes - the governing documents of the Cathedral. These documents were re-written to bring the governance of the Cathedral into accord with the Cathedral Measure 2021 and were formally approved in June 2022. Copies of these documents can be downloaded below.
The Cathedral is a registered charity (Charity Number 1200866).
